Felicia is an accomplished HR professional with 19 years of progressive human resource management experience and development of high-performing teams through recruitment, training, organizational development, evaluation of performance and employee wellbeing. Felicia’s experience has been both in the United Kingdom and Ghana and spans from various industries such as oil and gas, energy, retail, education, consulting, pharmaceutical and healthcare.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Open University, UK, an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Wales and an MSc. Business Psychology from the University of East London.
Felicia is a Business Psychologist, a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK , a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member and a Global Advisory Member of the Centre for Synchronous Leadership’s Agents of Change.
