• Dr (Mrs) Irene Stella Agyenim-Boateng is a
highly qualified C-Suite Executive and Human
Resource Practitioner with about thirty-seven years
career history including senior leadership and Board
experience.
• She is a transformational leader with expertise
in strategy formulation and execution,
management-labour relations, the Labour law and
standards with active participation in the
International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Ghana Employers’ Association (GEA)
activities.
• She holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Applied
Business Research degree from the Swiss Business School; an honorary Doctorate of Letters Degree from the Institut Universitaire La Grace, Benin; a Master of Business Administration Degree (Human Resources Management) from the University of Ghana, among others.
• As an intellectual, Dr. Stella Agyenim- Boateng has lived with her strong inclination to academia. She has been an Adjunct Lecturer/Business Policy & Strategy, GIMPA, Adjunct Lecturer, Valley View University; Occasional Corporate Guest Lecturer in some Universities. With regards to professional training, she has been a Training Resource Person for the Ghana Employers Association, GIMPA, National Banking
College, VRA Academy and many Corporate Institutions (Public and Private).
• She is also a member of several Professional Associations including being a Fellow, Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management Practitioners (FCIHRMP) Ghana, Fellow, Chartered Institute of Leadership & Governance (FCILG), Fellow,
Institute of Directors (FIoD), Member SHRM; Executive Committee Member, Executive Women’s Network (EWN), Member, Ghana National Association of
Alternative Dispute Resolution Practitioners (GNAAP).
• She serves on several boards, including the Vodafone Ghana Foundation Board, Willis Towers Watson Board, Adventist Development Relief Agency Board, the National Human Capital Development Technical Working Group, Board Chair, and The Governance & Business Boardroom. She has also served as a Council Member of the Ghana Employers’ Association (GEA).
• Dr Stella Agyenim-Boateng is also the recipient of over thirty awards including:
Human Resource Practitioner of the Year 2015/2016; Most Outstanding Corporate Executive in Human Resource 2015; Lifetime Achievement Award for consistency in Human Resource Matters 2018; HR Change Maker –2018, among others.
