Senyo M. Adjabeng is a Labour Consultant, and mediator/arbitrator listed with the national labour commission. He is a trained non-executive director and member of the Institute of Directors, Ghana. His specialization is in employment relations in mergers acquisitions, projects management, workplace and employment law.

Senyo has 20 years work experience spanning the public sector (Judicial Service – Deputy Director of Projects: National ADR Coordinator). For the private sector, he has worked in General Consulting, as Senior Executive in HRM and as Executive Director (C-Suit) in the banking and mining construction sectors.

He studied minerals processing and metallurgical engineering from KNUST. He also read Conflict, Peace and Security Studies at the masters level. He holds Post graduate qualifications in Business Admin, International Human Resources and International Relations and Diplomacy.

In the professional arena, I am Fellow of the Institute of Human Resource Management, Ghana and Senior professional in Human Resources (SPHR – USA.). I also hold professional certification in Projects Management (PMP).

Senyo is an author of two books ‘Career Toolkit for successful job hunting’ and ‘51 Rules for the Perfect Gentleman, and also several articles on HRM, disputes resolution and corporate governance.

He is currently the Country Director of WBHO Construction (Ghana), a multinational civil and mining construction firm.
